Zamaira Hospitality is a business brand operated by MKDM Enterprises LLC ("Zamaira," "we," "us" or "our"). This notice explains how we handle information when you use zamaira.com or contact us through the website. Information provided as part of a separate hotel-services engagement may also be subject to its written agreement.

Information we collect

When you request a consultation, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, telephone number, hotel room count and message. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry.

When you visit the website, our hosting and analytics providers may process technical and usage information, including browser or device information, pages viewed, referral information, approximate location, cookies or similar identifiers, and information needed for website security and operation.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to reply to you, understand requested services, prepare proposals, manage a potential or existing business relationship, protect our website, and comply with legal obligations. We use website analytics to understand visits, improve the website and measure whether a consultation form was successfully submitted. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Google Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics 4 is optional on this website. It does not load unless you actively accept analytics through our privacy choices banner. If you opt in, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies (including names beginning with _ga) or similar identifiers to understand page visits, general visitor activity, and successful consultation-form submissions. Google may process technical data, such as device information and approximate location, to provide this service. Our lead event indicates only that an inquiry was accepted; it is not configured to send the visitor's name, email address, telephone number or message.

You can accept, reject or customize analytics at your first visit. Your choice is stored in this browser's local storage for up to six months, so the website remembers it without creating an analytics cookie. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" control in the footer of every page. Revoking consent stops future analytics collection on subsequent page loads; it does not automatically erase data already collected while consent was active. You can also delete cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Google Analytics advertising storage and personalization remain disabled regardless of your choice.

Contact form and service providers

Our website is hosted using Netlify. When you submit our inquiry form, the information is sent to Web3Forms for processing and delivery to our business email inbox. Google Analytics provides optional usage measurement only after you accept it. Website typography also loads Google Fonts, which may receive standard connection information such as your IP address and browser details. A decorative Spline 3D viewer may load for supported devices; it may contact Spline to load its scene. These third-party resources are distinct from optional Google Analytics tracking. Providers may use additional infrastructure or subprocessors according to their policies and agreements. See Web3Forms' privacy policy and Netlify's privacy policy.

Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries, including outside the province or country where you live. Such processing may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry communications and related business records only as long as reasonably needed for their purposes, an ongoing engagement, recordkeeping or applicable legal requirements. Individual providers have their own retention practices; Web3Forms describes form-submission retention in its published privacy policy. We use reasonable measures to help protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Hotel and account information

Property-management system, OTA, reservation, guest, financial or operational records provided during an engagement are handled according to the applicable written service agreement and permissions. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, guest identification records or other sensitive account credentials through the public consultation form.

Your privacy choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about our collection and use of information. You may also withdraw optional analytics consent using the "Cookie settings" control on this website. We may need to verify a request and retain certain records where the law permits or requires.
